“My favorite Christmas tradition is to make tamales with my whole family. It’s a giant family gathering with about twenty members of my family. We make a big assembly line and rapidly make as many tamales as possible until we run out of ingredients. This definitely brings us closer as a family and warms my heart to be able to spend a good amount of quality time with my family.
