This November our San Dimas wrestling season is starting!  Both Boys and Lady Saint wrestlers are excited for the journey this season will bring upon them.  With many returners and new athletes coming along, they are ready to turn up!

There are 20 lady saints getting ready for the new season. With scores starting at 0, these girls are ready to pour their strength and dedication onto that mat once they hear the whistle.  With captains Leiani Jaime and Alyssa Franco, the team is under good leadership. Some advice from captain Leiani Jaime, “This sport requires discipline and mental toughness as weak minds lead you nowhere.  Overall if you want to be better then act like it.”  Let’s see these ladies make the best of themselves this season.

With these wrestlers spending countless hours working hard during pre season the excitement is overflowing for this season to begin.  Preparing both mentally and physically, it’s time for these wrestlers to test their limits and embrace their sport.

Starting the season with a great number of 25 boys, captains Daniel Baeza and Ethan Rodriguez are getting ready to push their teammates.  Advice given from captain Daniel Baeza, “This sport is mentally tuff, it doesn’t matter  if the match is won on the mat.  It is won in the heart before the battle begins.”  Let’s see these boys embrace the grind and have a great season!
