“I played basketball for three years, it was great, our coach was super strict. We practiced year-round, and have practice once or twice a day. Every year we won league champs, my junior year we went all the way to the CIF quarterfinals, we played at Concordia University against Laguna Hills High School, we lost. Looking back it doesn’t matter that we lost, the memories that we made and the experiences we had are something that we will have forever. Trust me when I say winning isn’t everything.” – Sandra Tapia
