On April 17, 2026, San Dimas High School held its annual CLASH games, with this year’s theme being DreamWorks. Each grade came in hyped, competitive, and ready to win the trophy. High energy was shown throughout the entire night as students cheered on their class, hoping to earn the most points.
The night started with Kajabe Can as the first game of CLASH. Each grade had a volunteer participating in multiple rounds, both boys and girls. The game became very intense as students pulled ropes trying to eliminate their opponents and earn points for their class. Every grade gave their all, but in the end, the seniors secured the win and held on to the lead.
After several games, the much-anticipated CLASH dances began. Each class had spent weeks preparing and practicing their routines, and the performances showed it. Every class brought hyped energy, making the competition very entertaining to watch. Students stayed loud and cheered through the entire night.
For many students, Clash was more than a competition; it was an unforgettable experience. Freshman Kimmy Martinez shared, “My first CLASH felt like an experience I won’t forget. Everyone laughing and being hyped around me felt like a dream. Everyone was together like a big happy family. My first CLASH was great.”
Sophomore Jamela Empeno also reflected on her experience, saying, “CLASH was very fun! I didn’t get to experience it last year, but I’m glad to be a part of it this year! It made me feel the school spirit, and dressing up was a lot of fun!
Junior Mariah Rivas compared this year to her first CLASH and spoke about its meaning. “As I get older, I realize that moments like CLASH are what you need to take in. This year’s CLASH has made me realize that coding with your friend and just your whole class is important because it won’t always last forever, considering we juniors only have one more year of everything!” Rivas said.
As this was the final CLASH for seniors, many gave it their all. When asked what they would miss most, senior Joseph Zamorano said, “I’ll miss competing for the CLASH trophy.”
In the end, the seniors came out on top, earning the trophy with the most points overall. This year’s CLASH was a night full of spirit and memories. From every single intense game to the dances, students from every grade enjoyed and celebrated.
